More reliable calls, journeys and events, plus channel reordering

Booking calls, editing posts and running journeys all got smoother this week. Call bookings and availability overrides are fixed, calendar invites now include everything attendees need, and journeys no longer start twice or lose their custom URLs. Artists can also drag and drop to reorder their community channels.

More control over journeys, better tracking, and CRM fixes

Journeys are now more flexible, with multiple end points and the ability to remove followers individually or in bulk. We also fixed tracking for people who join a journey before verifying, improved CRM syncing to include phone and zip data, and added more timezones for scheduling events.

Group messaging, artist profile links, and sturdier journeys

You can now message groups of people at once, and journeys can send people to a URL or another journey when they finish. We also added social and music platform links to artist profiles, cleaned up email formatting in journeys, and fixed several bugs affecting survey branching, reminder steps, anonymous signups, login links, and event booking.

A simpler way to design your posts and journeys

Shared posts can now display as a clean single page, and the editor for how posts and journeys look has been merged into one place with a live preview, making it easier to customize buttons, backgrounds and layout. We also fixed event scheduling, Meta integration disconnects, guest checkout address fields, and made journey previews match the live page exactly.
