ChangelogIt would be nice to be able to hit "reply" on a comment in the Community Chat and then offer a reply that tags the comment and the user who made the original comment. 🤘😎🤘
I would love if fans could react with more than an arrow up or down … like ❤️😍😭😡😃 … once I saw that in one of my first posts inside streeteam but then I could recreate it anymore and I think people wanna react with emotions hehe ❤️
As products and bundles, opt in forms and surveys stack up in our systems, it would be really handy to be able to organize them into folders.
For example, A DEPR Folder, a Black Friday 2025 Folder, and Releases Folder etc...
I copied the FanJourney template and screwed things up (it wouldn't let me save) so I had to delete the Journey and every post, bundle, opt-in, survey, event type, etc. that was created for this Journey to start from scratch...
So I'd love to have a bulk delete option (select multiple posts/products/bundles/event types/applications/campaigns/journey progress/etc. with checkmarks)!
add-on: Also on some Journeys, when I click on the number with the person symbol, I can't select all people at once, on some Journeys I can. Don't know what causes this issue... and also, sometimes when I delete people from the right hand menu, they're not deleted from the Progress view and vice versa. Also a "delete complete Journey data" would be nice to have (as I tend to use the same Journey again on multiple launches)...

Per Laurelann Porter:
"I just conducted a test yesterday on the Live Stages and I wanted to point out something that I noticed. I did a comparison of the quality of audio on my recent YouTube Livestream vs using the StreetTeam Live Stage.
I used the same exact song and setup as we did for our last YouTube Live stream. You can find the song from YouTube at about Minute 51:00 at this link here: https://www.youtube.com/live/BnKB1UsYWDo?si=zr38tibw78DynubI
Here is the link to the replay of my live test yesterday: https://laurelann.streetteam.fm/public/b4qoccr5vopa/live/stages/impromptu/events/wcr1bumpffzh/replay
Here is what I used for BOTH streams:
Macbook Pro Laptop (It's a bit older - 2014 I think - but it's been a workhorse for live streaming).
Berenger XR18 A/D Interface
Shure 58 Beta Microphone
Listen to the audio. The YouTube broadcast sounds much cleaner. The Street Team Live Stage audio has a weird audio effect going on that seems like the interface cannot process the mixing of the backing track with the vocal mic very well, even though I chose the XR18 for both mic and speaker in the Street Team Live Stage interface. And the XR18 is designed to do all the audio processing so the computer doesn't have to.
The only difference I noticed in the setup was that inYouTube we go through OBS where OBS Sends the mixdown of both audio and video through the streaming channel. I think in Street Team I choose the computer camera and then choose the audio separately. Maybe you can confirm this.
Here are my two questions:
Do you know if there is a setting I can use to optimize this for the kinds of live streams I wanna do? (My vox with a backing track and sometimes with another live instrument).
Can the Street Team platform allow me to choose OBS as the main transmitter rather than the native interface?
"

Submitting some feedback from today’s group coaching session using Stages.
1. Unable to view guest screen share from host view
When a guest shares their screen, I’m currently unable to see it from the backend host view.
The only workaround I found was opening the front-facing community view to watch from there. However:
It caused an echo on my mic
If I muted myself, the guest screen blurred
Result: I wasn’t able to properly view the guest’s screen
If this was user error, it wasn’t obvious what I was doing wrong. The workflow wasn’t intuitive.
This feels like a critical functionality gap since reviewing a guest’s screen is essential for coaching calls.
2. Guests cannot see themselves in split-screen format
When guests are brought on stage, they are not able to see themselves side-by-side with the artist/host.
During today’s session, multiple artists mentioned this felt underwhelming. Being able to see themselves next to the host creates a more professional and engaging experience.
For livestreams and coaching especially, that split-screen visibility is important for perceived production quality and guest confidence. For artist's it would be great if fans could see themselves side by side with the artist.
I know Stages is still technically in beta, but I wanted to pass along real-world feedback from today’s live usage.
Both of these would be major enhancements for usability and experience.
Thanks team 🙏
Add ability to quickly view KPIs for daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly basis and set targets for your stats.
One of the things I really liked in High Level was being able to see the whole communication chain with a fan. It gives a sense of what kind of offers they already got, what they responded to, etc.
And it's great for catching up on them before a fan sync call.
It would be great to have that level of contact management here too.
A way to monitor what the viewer is seeing when videos/tracks/CTAs are on screen — either having our screen match the viewers' or a small monitor panel so we can see what they're seeing. It's easy to forget a video is playing when you can't see it on your own screen.
This already exists: use the "Preview" dropdown in the popout controls menu.
Split from the original request: https://modernmusician.streetteam.fm/posts/cx7wklltr3uv
Currently, when we edit a journey and look below a Survey Qualify Node, we see the pathways labeled - but there is no obvious option to add for example, a set property node, between the qualify node and the next node in the journey.
When we click the pathway circle and drag to empty space fortunately it kept the connection between the node - but it would be handy for it to be more obvious that we don't need to "Risk breaking a pathway" and could simply click a "+" icon beneath the labeled pathway.

Hey team, I wanted to bring up a couple of features that could really enhance our live streams. First, the mirroring issue in the broadcast controls is pretty jarring; I look like a stranger when I raise my right hand, and it would be great to have an option to flip the screen. Second, I've noticed that when people try to scroll up in the chat during busy moments, new messages keep pulling them back down, which disrupts the flow. I think addressing these two points would significantly improve our user experience.
🚀 Feature Request: Built-In Email Footer with Smart CTAs 🚀
It would be awesome to have a built-in Email Footer section inside StreetTeam that artists can toggle on/off and customize with smart call-to-action buttons.
The idea:
Let artists add simple, clean buttons at the bottom of every email that guide fans toward meaningful engagement—without needing to write it out every time or sounding salesy.
Examples of CTAs:
🎟️ Book a Meet & Greet
🔥 Join the Inner Circle & Support the Project
🎧 Come Into the Studio (Apply Here)
🌄 Want to join me on my next retreat?
These would live at the bottom of every email—clean, branded, and value-forward, helping fans naturally explore deeper support options, VIP experiences, and behind-the-scenes access.
Why it matters:
Keeps every email full of value
Automates artist offerings in a non-intrusive way
Increases conversions on high-touch opportunities
Saves time by not having to manually re-add links/buttons
Let’s make every email a doorway to deeper fan connection 🙌
Would love to see passkey support for logging into StreetTeam!
The problem: Passwords are a hassle — easy to forget, vulnerable to phishing, and high-friction for mobile users. Every time I have to reset a password, that's a moment I could've spent in the community.
The solution: Passkeys (WebAuthn/FIDO2) let you log in with Face ID, Touch ID, fingerprint, or a hardware key. No passwords to remember, no phishing risk, and it's literally one tap.
What this would look like:
Most major platforms (Google, Apple, GitHub) have adopted passkeys. It'd be great to see StreetTeam lead the way for creator platforms.
