Where is it being hosted?
Grand Palladium White Sand Resort & Spa, in Riviera Maya, Mexico, nestled between Playa del Carmen and Tulum along the Caribbean coastline.
What is the investment?
The retreat is $10,000. If you’re a Gold artist, it’s $5,000. If you’re a Platinum or Diamond artist, it’s included with your membership. Not sure which applies to you? Apply and we’ll walk it through on a quick call. Flights and your room are separate (see group room rates below).
Do we have group room rates available?
Yes. We’re currently coordinating discounted group rates through Modern Musician for retreat attendees at the Grand Palladium White Sand Resort & Spa. Booking instructions and access to the group rates will be released soon.
Can I share a room with another artist?
Absolutely. Sharing a room is one of the best ways to reduce costs while getting to know other artists more deeply throughout the week. If you’re open to it but don’t have someone in mind, we can help coordinate roommate matching with other attendees.
When do we start and end each day?
Each day begins at 9am ET with breakfast and ends at 5pm ET, with evenings open for dinners, excursions, and social hangs.
What is the plan for meals?
All meals, drinks, and resort amenities are included through the resort’s all-inclusive package. We’ll also have a few hosted group dinners and social meals throughout the retreat.
Can I bring my partner to the Mastermind?
Mastermind sessions are for clients & bandmates only, but your partners/spouses are welcome to the evening dinners, receptions, and excursions.
What days should I attend?
We recommend arriving Sunday, July 19th and departing Saturday, July 25th for the full experience. The core mastermind runs July 20th–24th, but you’re welcome to arrive late, leave early, or extend your stay.
